Designed to Fit Your Needs
In our shop, nothing is pre-fabricated. We don’t try to fit your product into our packaging; we custom build our packaging to ensure the right fit for your product. We build and design wooden shipping crates and pallets to your specifications. All our packaging projects are kept onsite in our 8,000 square foot facility. We use only heat treated wood according to IPPC-ISPM 15.
Our Packing Methods
Shipping Crates
With our handcrafted custom crates, you can be as specific as you want. Because we build everything in-house, we can hand-build crates in any size and shape. We complete the entire process, including hand-cut-to-size foam inserts, packaging peanuts, and miscellaneous details, all to secure your product when necessary.
Foam & “Packing Peanuts”
We fully stock our warehouse with stacks of packing foam of varying densities. We keep our specialty supplies in stock at all times to provide just-in-time inventory. Our packing foam is ready on demand for your purposes the moment you give us a call. Because we carry packing foam in quantity, we can provide discounted pricing that you won’t find in big box stores.
Corrugated Boxes
Look for any sized corrugated box and we’re confident we’ll have it in stock. Corrugated boxes, more substantial than cardboard boxes, protect fragile products during the shipping process.
Wooden Pallets
We hand-build wooden pallets with meticulous structure. If you want, we’ll deliver directly to your door. We keep substantial stock for your immediate needs.
